This blog has a lot going on. I mean, just look at the pages right above this post. There's fashion, books, travel, etc., etc., etc. So, what on earth is this blog about? Well, for starters, it is about being a BOOKISTA! (no, this is not a real word). (yes, I did just make it up). Oscar Wilde once said, "You can never be overdressed or overeducated." I like to think of that quote as the bedrock of this blog. Balancing academia with global experiences and a killer outfit makes for successful, strong, and iconic women. Think Audrey Hepburn, Jackie O., Blair Waldorf, Elle Woods! Being smart does not mean dull, and being in touch with your sense of style does not mean a lack of intelligence.
